We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Controller to join our fast-paced and dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and analyzing financial data, developing and implementing financial strategies, and providing insightful recommendations to drive business growth. In this role you will work closely with our colleagues from Mudau / Germany.
Job description

• Lead the forecasting and planning process for Aurora NL.
• Oversee the financial reporting and analysis process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to support the organization's goals.
• Conduct ongoing financial analysis to identify trends and variances and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports, including earnings and profitability calculations.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
• Collaborate with other departments to analyze cost centers, revenue reports and analyze key business drivers.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• The position includes both sales and production controlling.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Controller or a similar role.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
• Good proficiency in Dutch and English in word and writing. Preferably also German.
