Green Belts realize demonstrable (!) and structural improvements.
Green Belts think in processes, they know what a client-oriented mindset is, they can identify misuse, devise and/or realize Lean solutions and are capable of strategic thinking (supported by facts).
The participants are trained to become leaders in improvement projects. They know the DMAIC improvement approach (best practice in improvement) and apply appropriate Lean Six Sigma tools.
