Green Belts realize demonstrable (!) and structural improvements.
Green Belts think in processes, they know what a client-oriented mindset is, they can identify misuse, devise and/or realize Lean solutions and are capable of strategic thinking (supported by facts).
The participants are trained to become leaders in improvement projects. They know the DMAIC improvement approach (best practice in improvement) and apply appropriate Lean Six Sigma tools.
Interim professionals working at and via RSG Finance B.V.

During the trajectory attention will be paid to the content and soft skills which belong to the competences profile of a Green Belt (ASQ). See attached curriculum. It includes a theoretical exam (NL). Excludes practical guidance.
“I should have done the Green Belt training much sooner. It would have saved me a lot of time and it offered me new understandings.” – K. van Bemmel “A DMAIC improvement trajectory often delivers for financing €100,000 a year.
