Yellow Belts successfully completed an introduction in Lean Six Sigma (awareness).
Yellow Belts think in processes, they know what a client-oriented mindset is, they can identify misuse, and can devise Lean solutions.
The participants are trained to become leaders in improvement projects. They know the DMAIC improvement approach (best practice in improvement) and apply appropriate Lean Six Sigma tools.

Interim professionals working at and via RSG Finance B.V.
Program and activities:
During this introduction to Lean Six Sigma attention is paid to the content and soft skills associated with the competences profile of a Yellow Belt. See attached curriculum. It includes a theory certificate (NL).
