Program and activities:
Program: In five sessions, the following topics are covered:
Module 1: Environment Recognition. After a short introduction, the course focuses on the organizing of Administrative Netherlands and various administrative functions.
Module 2: Planning and control instruments. Such as framework policy documents and spring documents, but also planning and control instruments.
Module 3: The Public controller. Here the recent developments in this function are discussed, tasks and positioning of this position and various related topics.
Module 4: Specific areas of focus. This module further discusses topics such as the position and role of the accountant and specific taxes.
Module 5: Social domain and cooperation, issues such as decentralization, local administrative responsibility, related parties, P & C cycle and reporting.
Each module lasts one half day (4 hours), from 15.00 to 20.00 (including dinner)
